Bowen Landscape and Irrigation
Bowen Landscape and Irrigation is a design, build landscape
company that is active in the development of public
gardens in Alachua County, Florida. Through our donation
of plants, labor, design time and materials, and with
private funding, we have been instrumental in the development
of several gardens. Organizations that we have helped
include, Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, Alachua County
Schools, Dudley Farm State Park, the Gainesville downtown
rose garden, churches, and garden groups.
We design and build commercial and residential landscape
projects. We specialize in low maintenance installations
that are environmentally friendly. We are versed in
the use of a wide variety of plant and construction
materials..
James Bowen, Registered Landscape Architect is the owner
and head Architect for the company.
Val Oppenheim is an engineer with horticultural experience
and is head of the installation team.
